Middle Business Analyst

Carry out the transfer of requests to the development team and clarify the business aspects throughout the development process required.

Perform analysis, design, offer solutions and document customer requirements
Contact directly with foreign and domestic customers to exchange requests or clarify customer requirements
Carry out acceptance test for the product after developing customer requests

Good at writing SRS documents, conduct training, presentation
Understanding of the software development process
At least 3- 4 work experiences years (experiences domain banking is mandatory)
Understand UML for system modeling and tools used for design mockup
English communication (nice to have)
Education background: Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT- related fields.
