MIDDLE FRONT-END DEVELOPER (Next.Js & TailwindCSS)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Middle Frontend Engineer, you will contribute to building and improving the core web experience of Preny AI — including CRM dashboards, chatbot configuration tools, and marketing landing pages using Next.js and TailwindCSS.
You will work closely with Backend, AI, and Product teams to deliver high- performance, scalable, and user- friendly web applications.

Preny is an AI Chatbot exclusively developed by PRENY.AI JSC (also the developer of the Askany consulting application- Consulting, advising and experts). AI Chatbot Preny is an artificial intelligence (AI) application solution that helps take care of customers in the first step to increase conversion rates, especially when businesses have customers on multiple platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build responsive and reusable UI components aligned with our design system.
Develop and maintain Next.js applications (SSR / SSG / ISR) using TailwindCSS and TypeScript.
Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for real- time CRM and chatbot dashboards.
Write clean, scalable, and well- documented code following team standards.
Collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD processes.
Optimize web performance and ensure good Lighthouse scores (performance, accessibility, SEO).
Fix bugs, refactor legacy code, and improve code maintainability.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews in Agile/Scrum environment.
Implement authentication flows, role- based routing, and session handling.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD:
Reusable component libraries and scalable UI systems.
SEO- optimized landing pages using Next.js SSR & SSG.
AI chatbot and CRM dashboards with real- time updates.
Frontend modules integrated with AI- powered backend services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic understanding of performance optimization and caching strategies.
Strong experience with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
Must have a personal laptop.
2–3 years of experience in frontend development (SaaS or web applications preferred).
Good problem- solving skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
Familiarity with real- time features (WebSocket or similar).
Good understanding of SSR, CSR, and basic SEO concepts.
Experience working with Git and collaborative tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Knowledge of frontend security best practices (CORS, XSS).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Vercel, Docker).
Experience with component libraries (ShadCN UI or similar).
Familiarity with AWS (S3, CloudFront, EC2) is a plus.
