3. Compensation and Benefits
Full Salary During Probation: Employees receive 100% of their salary during the probationary period.
Salary commensurate with qualifications (up to 25M)

Bonuses: 13th- month salary, performance- based bonuses tied to the company&039;s business performance, individual capacity, etc.
