Middle Mobile Engineer (Flutter/ iOS/ Android)

Collaborate on architecture discussions with the team.
Create clean and maintainable code.
Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy mobile apps using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
Provide training for junior and middle software engineers.
Deliver outputs with expected quality and speed to maximize service value.

Experience with code review processes.
Strong understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.
Experience publishing mobile apps on Google Play or the App Store.
Experience in team development using Git.
More than 2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering apps using Flutter.
Over 2 years of experience developing mobile apps natively for iOS and/or Android.
Proficiency in writing unit tests to enhance software quality.

Must- Have:

Familiarity with third- party libraries and APIs.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Business- level English proficiency.
Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
Experience building mobile apps from scratch using Flutter.
Strong skills in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
Solid understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle.
Developed at least two Android and/or iOS apps using Flutter.

Nice- To- Have:

Shipped one or more apps to the Store.
Effective communication and presentation skills, able to engage with business and technical stakeholders as well as external customers.
Experience training junior and middle software engineers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of delving into complex code and infrastructures to identify root causes.
Knowledge of clean code and readable code practices.
Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, etc.

12 annual leave per year;
Working Time: 9:00- 18:00, Monday- Friday | Hybrid working with WFH on Saturday, 9:00 – 12:00
