Middle Product Designer UI/UX

As a Product Design of Gearment, you must focus on the data to make decisions in building the UI/UX for every function, to keep our products at high quality. You need to align with your leaders to have the best setup and implementation.

Analyze user feedback and experience metrics to refine designs and enhance usability.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products within three months of hire.
Promote team morale by participating in team- building activities at least twice a year.
Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Propose and implement iterative improvements to elevate user satisfaction and product quality.
Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect within the design team.
Monitor product performance post- launch to optimize usability and functionality.
Create intuitive, user- friendly UI/UX designs that adhere to the highest standards of usability and functionality.
Aim to enhance the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 15% through strategic UI/UX updates.
Provide clear design documentation to bridge communication gaps with development teams, reducing issues by at least 20%.
Work closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to align designs with business objectives.
Mentor team members, ensuring all have opportunities to contribute to key design decisions.

Strong problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities.
Empathy for users and team members, with a user- centric mindset.
Proven experience delivering high- quality UI/UX designs for complex products.
Knowledge of e- commerce and ERP workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
2- 3 years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar design role).
Experience with creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) for data- driven design decisions.
Ability to take and implement constructive feedback to improve designs.
Familiarity with responsive/adaptive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Track record of meeting deadlines, with at least 90% of deliverables completed on schedule.
