Middle QA (QC, Tester)

We are currently looking for a proficient Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, you play a critical role in preserving our company&039;s reputation for excellent quality and reliability by conducting comprehensive quality checks on all our products and services prior to their market release. Aside from identifying and addressing quality concerns, you are also expected to join forces with our engineering team to perform root cause analyses and pinpoint areas of potential improvement in product design and development

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Collaborating with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Test Case Design and Execution: Creating test cases based on requirements and specifications, executing tests, and reporting defects found during testing.
Defect Tracking and Management: Recording defects found during testing in a defect tracking system, prioritizing them based on severity and impact, and working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders and work with them to develop solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to perform root cause analyses and identify areas for improvement in product design and development.
Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up- to- date, and readily available for review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA or a related field.
Experienced with API (Postman, Swagger) and data testing (SQL)
Experienced with at least one of open source tools, for e.g Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, Robot, Katalon, JMeter
Experience with QC processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
Interest with devices and API testing
