Middle/Senior C++ Backend Developer

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced desktop applications, libraries, and SDKs
This is a hands- on leadership position where you will not only contribute your technical expertise but also mentor and guide a team of promising junior engineers, helping to shape the future of our products and our team&039;s growth.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving 3D graphics and point- cloud data management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality, scalable solutions.
Research and apply knowledge in 3D/Vector graphics and related technologies.
Collaborate on projects such as ICT systems, point- cloud data management, and other advanced solutions.
Contribute to backend development (preferably with Golang) when required.
Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications, libraries, and SDKs.

Must:

Familiarity with web backend development (Golang is a strong plus).
Read and understand technical specification in English
Hands- on experience in desktop applications, libraries, SDK development.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and support less experienced engineers.
3+ years of experience in software development with C++ (Mid – Senior level).
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem- solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Git version control system
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of or interest in 3D/Vector graphics technologies.

Plus:

Contributions to open- source or personal projects in graphics/SDK fields
Experience with point- cloud data management or related ICT solutions.
