Middle/Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer Java base

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking motivated Middle/Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineers (Java, ReactJs) who are passionate, results- focused to take accountability for the design and delivery of Microservices. You will be part of our delivery team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout all phases of the software delivery life cycle as we initiate a transformation of NAB technology.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the requirements of the Product Owner and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices- based products.
Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support for application code and services that your Agile Team builds.
Design, build and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
Provide robust coding practices, solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.

Must have

Solid experience in Java 8+ and Springboot.
Solid experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and microservices- based system
Solid experience in modern front- end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, Gulp, NPM)
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), able to communicate with business stakeholders
For Middle level: 3+ years of experience as a software engineer in a complex development environment.
For Senior level: 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a complex development environment.
Well- versed in writing structured, well- documented, maintainable, and clean code;
Have experience with Postgres, MongoDB
For Lead level: 7+ years of experience as a software engineer in a complex development environment.
Good understanding of modern software development practices and automation testing
Have awareness and experience with Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies
Experience working in a cross- functional team delivering using Agile methods
Familiar with modern front- end technologies – Webpack, Gulp, HTML5, CSS3 including accessibility standards

Nice- to- have

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
Experience in using front- end testing and test runners (eg. Selenium, Mocha/Chai/Jest).
