Middle/Senior Manual Tester (Blockchain Domain)

Create test plans, test strategy, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports for features built- in to the team.
Test execution on multiple platforms: IOS, Android, Web, and Web view.
Carry out tasks under the leadership of QC Leader.
Analyze/ improve the technical characteristics of existing features/ products.
Conduct training for QC members to a level of sufficient testing skills: review test cases, provide feedback for test results, and train technical skills, etc.
Monitor errors in the system, discuss them with the QC leader/developer, and provide appropriate problem- solving methods.
Review solution documentation, and assist with the analysis, testing, and resolution of issues.
Report and monitor defects in the defect- tracking system (Asana, Jira, Excel, etc).
Research and analyze document/ design to determine the test requirements of new features/ products.
Support other team members on complex features and technical issues, cross review test cases of other team members to have the best test cases for the functions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly document and report issues, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to maintain/ improve/ arrange test documentation.
Ability to coach and motivate developers to ensure their features are of high test- ability.
Have a good experience in API testing & using API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies: Integration testing, System testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing, etc.
Have a good experience in Performance Testing & using Performance testing tools like Postman, Jmeter, etc.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
At least 3 years of experience in manual testing (Web/ App).
Ability to thoroughly test features from the requirements analysis stage, test case development to regression testing.
Ability to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.
Have knowledge of centralized systems applying Blockchain technology, Finance, Bank, E- wallets, etc.
Strong Analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
Have expert knowledge of bug logging, bug status tracking using tracking tools (e.g.Asana, Clickup, Jira,etc).
Ability to effectively self- manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.

Nice to have:

Being able to know/use Automation tools/API testing/Database is a big plus.
Have certificates related to testing (ISTQB,..).
Have expert knowledge or experience in Management skills.

Salary range: negotiable based on your experiences & qualification.
Working hours: 09:00- 18:00, Monday to Friday.
