Middle/ Senior Manual Tester (QA/QC) - Hybrid working

- Thoroughly review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Design detailed test cases by analyzing features and specifications.
- Efficiently report defects and validate bug fixes.
- Collaborate closely with the development teams to establish testing strategies and plans.
- Assist in identifying the root causes of defects with the development team.
- Document and troubleshoot test failures to aid appropriate development teams.
- Continually update and maintain documentation for test cases and steps.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 3 years&039; experience in manual testing for web- based application.

- Proficiency in creating and implementing test strategies, detailed test plans, and test scripts.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira and familiarity with test case management.

- Detail- oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Proactive and collaborative, with a keen interest in learning both independently and through interaction.

*** Nice to have:

- Prior experience in mobile testing.

- Familiarity with API and database operations (SQL).

- Knowledge of C, .Net framework, XML, PDF, and JSON formats would be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt and commit long term.
