Middle/Senior Mobile Developer

Responsibilities:

Perform code reviews across the team.
Provide suggestions for product and technological innovations.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features, implement, and update UI components from Figma designs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Closely collaborate with other teams: Product, Backend, UI/UX Designers, and QA/QC to implement and deliver high- impact solutions for our applications.

Your skills and experience:
Must have:

Strong foundation in React and React Native with a good understanding of JSX, Virtual DOM, React hooks, and component lifecycle.
Minimum 3 years of hands- on development experience.
Experience with state management using Zustand.
Ability to code in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Objective- C/Swift).
Ability to deep dive into the technical aspects needed for the optimization of mobile applications.
Familiar with REST APIs, WebSocket, and Git.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Open- minded team player, willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions.

Nice to have:

Good skills in app animation using React Native Reanimated or Animated API.
Ability to write efficient SQL queries.
Experience with WatermelonDB.
Familiar with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM and Lean Start- up.
Knowledge of blockchain technology and security best practices.
Familiarity with Mattermost or similar open- source chat platforms.
Strong understanding of RXJS and reactive programming.

Recruitment process:

We will have a brief phone interview first (first round) and an online test (if applicable).
If you pass the second round, we will have an in- person interview regarding cultural fit (final round).If you pass the final round, you will undergo a 2- month probation before becoming a full member.
If you pass the phone interview and the online test, we will have an in- person interview regarding expertise (second round)
