Middle/Senior PHP Developer (English/Laravel)

We are seeking an experienced Mid- Level or Senior PHP Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in driving project success and ensuring the delivery of high- quality solutions. Your leadership and expertise will help shape our development practices and contribute to the growth of our team.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Lead the development of high- quality, scalable backend systems and applications.
Optimize and maintain existing systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and efficient workflows.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5 years (for senior level) or 3 years (for mid- level role) of experience in as software developer.
A Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a well- known university.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct video calls with clients.
Strong knowledge of software architecture design and best practices.
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with strong proficiency in PHP programming language.
Extensive experience with the Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
Deep understanding of Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
