Middle/Senior QA/Tester (Manual)

Create and manage defects, evaluating severity and impact on the solution and scope.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, including functional testing, API testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
Develop, execute, and review test cases based on functional, non- functional, technical, and usability requirements.
Establish and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to track defects, test coverage, and overall software quality.
Plan and organize your own work and accurately report issues and progress in a timely manner.
Identify areas for personal development.
Take responsibility for certifying the quality of the solution.
Collaborate in project teams to test developed applications in a structured and successful manner.
Manage and report on your own test deliverables and test execution.

Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in functional tests, API tests, performance tests, and test automation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Alignment with company and team goals, and ability to adapt to changes with an engineering mindset.
Nice To Have:
Familiarity with JIRA, TeamCity, and Git.
Experience or knowledge in manual and automated testing with Playwright.
A plus if able to write automation using scripting languages (such as bash shell, PowerShell, Python, etc.) or programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript/C or Go.
