Middle Senior QC Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mid Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer to joinour team. As a Senior QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high- quality software by collaborating with various stakeholders, guiding junior team members, enhancing processes, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Guide and elevate Junior QC Engineers, fostering their skills and contributing to their professional growth.
Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Developers to comprehend tasks, providing effective solutions.
Smoothly communicate with colleagues to accomplish tasks seamlessly.
Aid in importing and collecting test cases into a test management platform for future automation process development (e.g., TestRail).
Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance QA/QC efficiency.
Proactively research and follow up on tasks to ensure successful feature delivery to the production environment.
Collaborate with current developers for end- to- end integration of implemented features.
Design comprehensive test strategies, covering diverse scenarios and edge cases for thorough product evaluation.
Ensure timely task completion with a focus on maintaining comprehensive documentation and test reports.
Conduct knowledge- sharing sessions once a month on selected topics.
Provide ideas to improve productivity and assist the team in accomplishing tasks or enhancing the system.

Minimum 1 years in ecommerce and ERP is prefer.
Effective QA/QC process management.
Cross- functional collaboration.
Automation testing knowledge.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Conflict resolution and negotiation.
Skilled in creating test plans, cases, and checklists.
2- 4 years QA/QC experience.
Proven decision- making ability.
Experience in change management processes.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum.
Analytical with effective problem- solving.
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science or related field.
Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Exhibits proactive and extroverted behavior.
Exceptional self- organization.
