Middle/Senior Quality Control Officer

Job Purpose
- Develop skills and ensure resources for project implementation
- Continuously improve the test process
- Ensure product/project quality with deliverables
- Consult/Review project test strategy and test plan
Job Requirements
- Analyze business requirements, changes, and impacts
- Training, sharing testing skills or testing knowledge Monitor testing progress
- Coordinate and communicate testing timelines to the Test Manager Project Manager and related stakeholders.
- Design, and develop a test plan, and test cases, and define business scenarios.
- Review Test plan, test cases/checklist/scenarios
- Communicate with the dev to verify the bug
- Execute test, log a bug, and create a test report
- Define/suggest a test strategy for the project

1, Qualification: Graduate from the University of IT or finance field
2, Experience
- At least 2 years experience in Insurance or Banking testing
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong quality orientation
- Strong problem- solving skills
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, reports
- Experience working on different development lifecycles: Agile scrum, Waterfall
3, Certification: ISTQB Foundation
4, Technical Competencies
- Software development:
+ Experience working on different development lifecycles: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
+ Have knowledge about software development lifecycle
- Software Testing:
+ Have knowledge about API testing, SQL testing
+ Have knowledge about software testing lifecycle
- Tools & languages: Have knowledge about defect management, test management
