Key Responsibilities
• Work with WSO2 integration solutions to streamline data exchange and API management.
• Ensure effective communication with English or Arabic- speaking customers, understanding their requirements and providing timely support.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve them.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
• Manage and optimize On- Premises infrastructure for seamless integration with cloud environments.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud and Azure Cloud platforms for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Implement container orchestration using Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Ensure system and application security, implementing best practices and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design, implement, and manage DevOps processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with proficiency in Oracle Cloud and Azure Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Familiarity with WSO2 integration solutions is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Shell scripting).
• Extensive experience with On- Premises infrastructure management and optimization.
• Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross- functional team environment.
