Job Description:
As a Middle/Senior Project Manager at Aletech, you will lead cross- functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each project meets its objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct thorough data analysis, then project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and overall project delivery.
Your primary responsibilities include:

Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, and within scope.
Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high- quality solutions.
Manage project versions, resources, and timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and objectives and plan for releasing.
Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proficient in utilizing JIRA or similar project management tools to effectively plan, track, and manage project tasks, workflows, and overall progress.
Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams of 10 members or more in complex and dynamic project environments. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration, ensuring team cohesion, and achieving project objectives.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
Effectively communicate with cross- functional teams, translating technical concepts into non- technical terms for stakeholders.
