Mixologist

- Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operation areas
- Be responsible for assess management of bar and facilities
- Supervising all bars, banquet beverage operations, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel
- To be aware of all Amanoi program and promotion to improve guests satisfaction and increase of sale revenue
- Promote positive inter- departmental relations through candid communications and cooperation
- Enforce Amanoi check list by having all Bar service areas inspected on daily basis
- Actively participate in departmental training, and deliver training as required to meet the needs of the business. Implement a daily departmental training program
- Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all time
- Maximizing revenue through increase sales and efficient cost management
- Advising on updates to the Beverage, Wine list so as to ensure an original and attractive beverage offering that meets the needs of our resort

- Full professional English communication
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Mixologist, Bar Supervisor in an upscale hotel or cocktail bar would be essential.
- Positive, engaging and energetic personality
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Professional appearance
