[MM Mega Market Sapa] - Depot Manager/Sales Manager

- Solve problems and manage team to satisfy customers to achieve on time delivery, availability, service quality by cooperating with third party
- To develop/grow the market of the depot catchment area that link with the company strategy
- To be responsible for the security of employees, customers, stock and other company assets
- Build up the team and develop people
- Responsible for Depot P&L by achieving financial KPIs including budget of sales, profits, cost, shrinkage, stock level (stock value, stock availability, aging etc.)
- Managing overall Depot Operations, ensure all execution following company SOP including training, coaching and monitoring.
- To manage cost and resources effectively and efficiently in order to achieved EBIT target
* Key Result Areas:
- Effective delivery KPI controlling system
- Growth Market share
- Achieve Depot PnL target in EBIT
- Gain customer satisfaction

- Vietnamese nationality with a university degree or college graduates with minimum 3 years in FMCG- B2B experience with similar position will be a must (Key Account Manager, Sales Force Manager, Hotel Purchasing Manager,...)
- Customer oriented, Assertive, Confident, Self- efficient, Team player,- - - - - - Service oriented, Result oriented.
