Merchandising Management (30%):
- Assure the control role of MMD be appropriate implemented according to exchange, return, transfer of goods and internal consumption process
- Assure smoothly operation of receiving and delivering goods process
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, and enforcing, program, operational, procedures.
- Control the delivery process for customers regarding to COD, CDO, SOP transaction.
- Supervise performance of Sagawa delivery service and security service ar MMD area. Timely alert to Admin store to improve if poor performance occur.
Merchandise receiving:
- Merchandise return and transfer: Supervise the return of slow- moving merchandise to suppliers and the transfer/exchange of merchandise among department.
- Cooperate and control smoothly the delivery from RDC
- Cooperate with MD, SM and QC in solving any issue relating to merchandise or suppliers&039;s complaint according to internal settlement process
- Train and supervise to make sure MMD staff well understand and comply with Aeon&039;s checking and receiving standard and rule subordinates follow accordingly.
- Ensure accurate receiving of inventory and supplies against purchase orders.
Stoktake Management (30%):
- Make plan, arrange manpower, ask for manpower, support from other department to prepare for bi- annual stocktake (Store) and Monthly Stocktake (Perishable, Foodline 2) to control inventory levels.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor monthly and annually stock take activities to ensure accuracy and effectivencess
- Analyze stock take report and reconcile with data storage system in cooperation with other department
- Direct movement if inventory from receiving to storage and work areas
Safety and 5S rules (20%):
- Maintain daily 5S at working area.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work enviroment.
- Ensure merchandise and receiving area is free of dust, well arrange, tidy, neat and in proper area.
Duties & Rules- Regulations (20%):
- Opening & closing store, balancing safe room.
- Support other departments as necessary.
- Support and handle store- side issues quickly and efficiency
- Human resources management: make the periodic report and working schedule for employees
- Others tasks or reponsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.
- Make regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
