Mobile Developer Flutter EdTech

We are looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join our team who work with PO/BA/Designer and other developers to make wonderful applications for Kids.
Key Responsibilities
ParrotEdu is an AI- powered English learning platform for K–12 students, helping schools, teachers, and parents deliver personalized, engaging, and effective English education. We combine AI, interactive exercises, and school- aligned content to make learning fun, impactful, and scalable.
This isn&039;t a typical 9- to- 5 job. We need a teammate who lives and breathes the project, taking full ownership and showing unwavering dedication to our mission of transforming English education.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure app stability.
Optimize app performance, UI responsiveness, and offline capabilities.
Implement child- friendly and accessible design elements based on UI/UX guidelines.
Develop and maintain cross- platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high- quality features.
Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, AI services, and third- party tools.

Must Have:

Proven track record in delivering mobile apps with 100k+ of active users.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSocket, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
Experience in integrating multimedia (audio, video, speech recognition).
3+ years of mobile development experience.
Strong hands- on experience with Flutter for both iOS and Android.
Passion for education and helping kids & teachers succeed.
Startup mindset: proactive, hard- working, willing to work overtime/weekends when needed.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in EdTech, preferably in English learning apps or school- based educational platforms.
Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and in- app purchases.
Knowledge of app store deployment (Apple App Store, Google Play).
Familiarity with AI features such as pronunciation scoring or chatbot integration.
