We are seeking a MOBILE ENGINEERING LEAD to join our team. As a MOBILE ENGINEERING LEAD, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the desired quality standards. They work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and business analysts to ensure project success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership:
Lead the team in overcoming complex technical challenges
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of modern development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Performance Optimization:
Implement performance improvement plans as needed to optimize project outcomes.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team&039;s efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Technology Strategy:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company&039;s technology roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Web3 technologies (Ethereum, Solidity, IPFS, Web3.js, etc.).
In- depth knowledge of mobile programming languages (Swift, Java, Kotlin) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs).
Strong understanding of build tools (Maven, Gradle, Ant), testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium), integration tools (REST, Hardhat, Remix), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
Leadership and Communication:
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
