Mobile IOS Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Galaxy Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver high- quality software solutions that meet client requirements. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who are passionate about technology and thrive in a fast paced and innovative environment.

Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in [programming languages and technologies relevant to the role].
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them.

Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
Design Principles, Basic Responsive knowledge.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
In- depth Knowledge of IOS UI Components and Layouts.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Advanced iOS App Development Skills, Proficiency in Swift, In- depth Knowledge of iOS UI Components and Auto Layout, Advanced Debugging and Performance Optimization in Xcode, Git Mastery, Advanced Understanding of App Lifecycle and Architecture Patterns (e.g., MVVM or VIPER), RESTful API Integration.
Basic HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge, Version Control (e.g., Git), Basic UI/UX
Knowledge of SQL Server, Postgress, Mariadb, MySQL NoSQL.
From 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of successfully delivering software projects.
