Mobile Lead

We are actively looking for a Mobile Lead to join and lead a Mobile development team. In this the role, you will have a chance to work with our proactive and talented people with great teamwork, open and respectful working environment.
What you&039;ll be doing

Participate in preparing proposals for all mobile development projects.
Work closely with the team/clients to provide ideas and solutions for the development of new features.
Build pixel- perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms (IOS and Android).
Define coding standards, and design and build reusable code starter projects.
Integrate third- party APIs.
Cooperate with UI Designer to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
Development of applications for iOS and Android.
Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.

Must have

Ability to write well- documented, clean Javascript code.
Knowledge of functional or object- oriented programming and its design principles.
Rock- solid at working with third- party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
Understanding of REST APIs or GraphQL, the document request model, and offline storage.
Familiar with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ.
Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript or ClojureScript) language, including ES6+ syntax.
At lead 3 years of experience in leading a mobile team.
Strong knowledge of React Native/Flutter & Native development practices.
5+ years of production experience building and maintaining React Native/Flutter & Native mobile applications.
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem- solving attitude.
Experience in HTML5 / CSS3 (Flexbox) and responsive design.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Having existing mobile apps on Apple Store or Google Play is a plus.
Be able to use the AWS Amplify framework to build mobile applications.
Knowledge of AWS mobile services such as AWS AppSync, AWS Cognito User Pool, Push Notification.
