Mobile Tech Lead (Android or IOS)

The Mobile Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of mobile applications, ensuring that they are of high quality, meet user requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. This individual will lead a team of mobile developers and collaborate closely with other stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Work closely with other stakeholders, including backend developers, to ensure that the mobile applications are fully integrated with other systems.
Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their individual goals and delivering high- quality code.
Work with product managers to define product requirements and ensure that they are being met by the development team.
Ensure the process compliance for development team.
Oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and solution design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, supervising system modifications, supervising the source code review, supervising the unit test implementation, review and validate estimation from development team.
Collaborate with designers to ensure that the mobile applications are intuitive and user- friendly.
Lead the development and delivery of mobile applications including IOS and Android platforms.
Stay up- to- date with emerging trends and technologies in the mobile space, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the development process.

Familiarity with backend development technologies, such as APIs and databases.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, testing, and code review.
Experience managing and leading a team of developers.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Deep understanding and strong technical skills in either iOS (SwiftUI and UIKit) or Android (Kotlin) development. It’s not required for the candidates to familiar with both Android and IOS development but it will be a plus.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Have knowledge about RESTful, JSON, Socket / Websocket
English proficiency is a must
At least 5- 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
