Mobile TechLead ( IOS ) - Hybrid

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
· Implement and maintain best practices for iOS app development.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
· Develop and maintain high- quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS platform.
· Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth
· Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Strong problem- solving and debugging skills.
· Strong understanding of iOS SDK, Xcode, and related development tools.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
· Effective communication skills in English
· Experience working in a product company environment is highly preferred.
· Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in native iOS development using Swift.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
· Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
· Proficiency in UIKit, Core Data, and other iOS frameworks.
