Model Data - Search Operations Quality Assurance (Vietnam)

Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality;
Localize the labelling guidelines, support the guideline training, and align the guideline updates;
Conduct calibration meeting with the labelling team in the appeal process: analyze diff cases, record and evaluate their performance, offer solution and suggestion for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment;
Work closely with R&D (Research and Development) and PM (Product Manager) in order to provide feedback on data quality;

An in- depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users;
Excellent language skills, (Vietnamese & English) overseas working/training is a plus;
Learn about search engines, familiar with social media platforms;
Bachelor&039;s degree or above;
Strong ability to learn and understand; 6. Familiar with common office software, labeling experience is preferred.
