Creative Talent Searching & Discovery

Search for high- potential freelance models and creative studios on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Instagram, Douyin, and Taobao.
Evaluate portfolios for visual quality, aesthetic alignment, and professional standards
Discover and connect with talents that embody our brand’s creative direction and content strategy

Talent Pool Development & Management

Build and enrich a well- organized database of freelance models and studios, categorized by style, pricing, availability, and location.
Curate detailed profiles that include visual samples, collaboration history, and performance insights.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Gather and analyze post- project feedback to evaluate talent performance.
Identify and spotlight high- performing freelancers for continued or priority engagement.
Flag underperforming resources and propose phase- out strategies.

Initial Contact & Qualification

Verify key information, including pricing, availability, and technical setup
Evaluate responsiveness, communication style, and professionalism to ensure partnership readiness.
Professionally reach out and build rapport with potential creative collaborators

Cross- Team Collaboration & Resource Handoff

Participate in weekly syncs with the cross- functional teams to align on upcoming priorities
Recommend top- fit talents tailored to specific project briefs and creative needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Proficiency in spreadsheets and database management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
2+ years of experience in creative coordination, resource management, or admin operations
Familiarity with creative platforms and social media
Strong English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)

Bonus

Knowledge of content creation trends and standards
Basic Chinese language skills are a plus
Background in fashion, e- commerce, or creative industries
Experience with creative production workflows
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, Airtable)
