Molding Designer

Be familiar with mould construction and production. interpretation of drawing
Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Support mould repair and spare parts manufacturing.
Use the precision machine (EDM, Wire- Cut) to manufacture the parts according to requirement.
Operate machines in tool shop (milling machine grinding machine turning machine), maintain machines.
Make the spare parts according to drawing and meet the dimensions requirement.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
Collaborated with engineers or designers for custom jobs or to refine manufacturing processes

Have knowledge of Operate system HEIDENHAIN is a plus- and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
Strong problem- solving
Know how to operate and Programing presecion CNC Milling machine, Wire- cut, EDM. Basic knowledge of injection mold / technical drawings.
Ability to work well in a team
High level of manual dexterity and good hand- eye coordination
At least 3 years&039; experience in similar position in Mold Maintenance, Mold Repair or Machinery Technician.
Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
