Molding Maintenance Techinican

Comply with QMS requirements.
Communication with colleagues (shift changes, share experiences and knowledge).
Immediate report to supervisor about abnormal conditions detected on moulds during cleaning and repairing processes.
Participate in problem solving activities with mould workshop team by PDCA tool to guarantee effective moulding and part quality levels.
Execution of cleaning and/or preventive and corrective maintenance activities to moulds.
Use of machine tools for mould repair or maintenance skillfully
Perform daily repairs to moulds according to production needs and prioritiesindependently.
In terms of critical decision making, must request support from immediate supervisor.

Basic knowledge of use measurement equipment- and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior
At least 3 years&039; experience in similar position in Mould Maintenance. Basic knowledge of injection mould / technical drawings.
Mechanicalor similar – Intermediate and aboveTechnical Education Certification is a plus
English speaking is required
