Job Brief
We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, with additional skills in motion design and video editing being a significant plus. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other company initiatives.
• Develop and create high- quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Design and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Basic Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
• Experience with motion design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles and software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback efficiently.
Nice to have:
• Experience in photography and photo editing.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
