• Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes.

Training Documentation (Tài liệu đào tạo)

• Chuẩn bị và đào tạo các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương để họ có khả năng đào tạo lực lượng lao động và phối hợp đào tạo với các nhà cung cấp, bằng cách sử dụng các phương pháp, tài liệu đã được xác định, tập trung vào an toàn và chất lượng.
• Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality.

• Chuẩn bị tài liệu đào tạo cho Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương trước khi tiến hành công việc.
• Prepare training documentation for the Local Job Trainers before conduction the training

• Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương về cách tổ chức và tiến trình thực tế của các hoạt động đào tạo (Train- the- Trainer), nhằm giữ cho các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương được biết về các thay đổi/cập nhật/đào tạo để đảm bảo sự phù hợp trong đào tạo địa phương và các tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu.
• Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train- the- Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards.

• Take ownership of sustaining and developing own functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or Local Job Training for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)

• Support of Local Job Trainers development of functional expertise

• Have basic Knowledge of Plastics, know how to operate Injection machine, knowing of Setting up/ Testing/Qualification New Injection machine is a plus.

• Có chứng chỉ Đào tạo Kỹ thuật là một điểm cộng.
• Technical Education Certification is a plus

• Min 3 years of experience on Operation Injection Machine, Mould Change Over skill, combined with experience of learning and training activities.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành Máy Ép Nhựa, Kỹ năng Thay Đổi Khuôn, có kinh nghiệm trong hoạt động học tập và đào tạo.

• Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo nội bộ.
• Experience as Local Job Trainer

• Có sự hiểu biết về văn hóa.
• Cultural understanding

• Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, tiếp cận có hệ thống).
• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).

• Kỹ năng tư duy.

• IT common user level.

• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).

• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
