• Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes.

Global Responsibility (Trách nhiệm toàn cầu)

• Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality.

• Prepare training documentation for the Local Job Trainers before conduction the training
• Chuẩn bị tài liệu đào tạo cho Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương trước khi tiến hành công việc.

• Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train- the- Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards.
• Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương về cách tổ chức và tiến trình thực tế của các hoạt động đào tạo (Train- the- Trainer), nhằm giữ cho các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương được biết về các thay đổi/cập nhật/đào tạo để đảm bảo sự phù hợp trong đào tạo địa phương và các tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu.

• Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì và phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn của bản thân (ví dụ: vai trò như Nhân viên vận hành trên dây chuyền hoặc Chuyên viên Đào tạo kỹ năng cho Nhân viên Vận hành 4 ngày/tháng khi có nhu cầu liên quan Sản xuất).
• Take ownership of sustaining and developing own functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or Local Job Training for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)

• Hỗ trợ đảm bảo tất cả các tài liệu đào tạo đầy đủ và chính xác; tạo và sửa đổi tài liệu, phối hợp với các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương và nhân viên phụ trách quy trình (kỹ sư, sản xuất, v.v.).
• Support in ensuring that all training material is complete and accurate; creating and revising material in cooperation with Local Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc.)

Do you have what it takes? (Yêu cầu công việc)

• Have basic Knowledge of Plastics, know how to operate Injection machine, knowing of Setting up/ Testing/Qualification New Injection machine is a plus.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về nhựa, biết cách vận hành máy ép nhựa, có kinh nghiệm trong quy trình thay đổi Khuôn, có kiến thức trong việc Thiết lập/ Kiểm tra/ Đánh giá máy ép nhựa mới là một điểm cộng.

• Mechanical Engineering or similar – Intermediate and above
• Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật cơ khí hoặc tương đương.

• Technical Education Certification is a plus
• Có chứng chỉ Đào tạo Kỹ thuật là một điểm cộng.

• Min 3 years of experience on Operation Injection Machine, Mould Change Over skill, combined with experience of learning and training activities.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành Máy Ép Nhựa, Kỹ năng Thay Đổi Khuôn, có kinh nghiệm trong hoạt động học tập và đào tạo.

• Experience as Local Job Trainer
• Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo nội bộ.

• Cultural understanding
• Có sự hiểu biết về văn hóa.

• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).
• Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, tiếp cận có hệ thống).

• IT common user level.
