• Technical Education Certification is a plus

• Min 3 years of experience on Operation Injection Machine, Mould Change Over skill, combined with experience of learning and training activities.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành Máy Ép Nhựa, Kỹ năng Thay Đổi Khuôn, có kinh nghiệm trong hoạt động học tập và đào tạo.
• Experience as Local Job Trainer
• Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo nội bộ.
• Cultural understanding
• Có sự hiểu biết về văn hóa.
• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).
• Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, tiếp cận có hệ thống).
• Kỹ năng tư duy.
• Process thinking.
• Kỹ năng vi tính cơ bản.
• IT common user level.
• Đi công tác (thỉnh thoảng, theo nhu cầu công việc).
• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).
• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
