Multimedia Designer (Casino Marketing)

Website integration to casino database making sure members can easily access their points, promotions etc
Completion of art work and design submitted within deadlines
Multimedia Designer should have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player who can work with minimum supervision, while being proactive and maintaining a positive attitude in order to deliver creative projects and enhance the overall brand image within tight deadlines.
Multimedia designer will work closely with Graphic Designer to interpret Creative Job Briefs and create and project the Casino’s desired image to identified target markets in multiple adaptations.
Deployment of HOIANA Casino Rewards Club and ramp up of traffic
Main Purpose of The Job
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain support with casino marketing team on all requirements pertaining to graphic design;
Well versed with designing aspect of marketing collaterals, revamping website on ad-hoc basis.
To conceptualize and design all web-based portals, online marketing banners and interactive websites;
Multimedia Designer will enhance the digital footprint of HOIANA Casino Brand through development and maintenance of web and social media content to engage target markets with timely and relevant communications across multiple channels, increasing brand awareness, customer retention and ultimately mass market gaming revenue.
Measureable increase in web traffic
Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project;
Monitor of web services related activities;
Ensure media files are organized systemically within the implemented file structure;
Increased outgoing communication and associated increases in opens, clicks and page views
Work closely with the stake holders to ensure the website are visually refreshing and have a great user experience and usability;

A successful candidate will have minimum 5 years related work experience and degree/certification in multimedia design or other related art related field.
Possesses very keen interest (preferably with experience) in graphics, illustration, typography, UX and responsive web design
A careful eye for layout, pixel perfection, color and typography
Qualifications/Requirements
Experienced in designing for traditional digital media; print, web, screen, mobile devices, etc
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, flash, Dreamweaver and Multimedia design software
Strong visual and communication design skills and graphic sense
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Vietnamese. Additional languages like Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese) or Korean is preferable
Have a creative flair and originality
Able to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
Proficient in HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, JQuery, PHP and Javascript frameworks
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
