Multimedia Designer Cum Digital Marketing Executive (Di An, Binh Duong)

Responsibilities
Multimedia Designs:
- Monitor the engagement level and anticipate a learning and adapting process to drive enhanced engagement of future content
- Support the organization of company’s internal and external events by developing attractive themes, design and visualization, photo and video shooting, and post- event content creation.
- Brainstorm with people from different departments in the organization to understand the content, visuals, and channels (webpages, fan pages, social media, telemarketing campaigns, brochures, banners, PR publications, newsletter, etc.) to reach customers, employees, future employees, business partners (distributors and resellers), and other stakeholders
- Use design tools, software, recording equipment including videos, photo, animations, audio to professionalize the content creation
- Timely edit and finalize draft content for final review and posting per the upload schedule on the different channels
- Create engaging content and visuals for the select channels and target audiences
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and maintain the uploaded content on digital marketing channels, ensuring consistent presence with purpose- driven messages
- Create and plan content of social media channels, e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Work with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials which are finalized as optimal output
- Develop and implement the communication campaigns
