Key Responsibilities
Photographic Design and Editing:

Utilize editing tools and AI for photo editing and design tasks, maintaining high- quality standards​​.
Design channel visuals that are visually appealing and maintain brand identity​​.
Perform high- level to intermediate photo retouching, maintaining high- quality standards.

Video Production:

Execute video post- production tasks, including editing, color correction, and compositing to ensure visual consistency and high- quality outputs​​​​.
Provide on- set support during video shoots, including set preparation and operational assistance

Artistic Sensibility:

Eager to apply skills creatively to enhance art quality in projects.
Demonstrate a good sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for beautiful visuals.

AI Tool Mastery and Trend Integration:

Regularly evaluate and test new AI tools and techniques to automate and streamline video editing and image designing processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate these insights into AI algorithms for enhanced content relevance and engagement.
Analyze social media and design trends to incorporate these trends into video and image creation.

More than 1 years experience in design & video production.
Experience and knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies, facilitating effective project management and collaboration.
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
Demonstrate a strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for beautiful visuals.
Possess a GRIT mindset, demonstrating resilience, perseverance, and a determination to overcome challenges.
Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
Experience with using AI tools for automation and efficiency in production tasks.
