RMIT Vietnam, an entity of RMIT University, has campuses in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi since 2001. YOUR ROLE
The position is responsible for producing multimedia products for a range of platforms including but not limited to RMIT Vietnam website, staff intranet, newsletters and social media sites, and supporting content management of digital assets

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES
Identify opportunities and manage working with freelancer multimedia producers.
Support content management of all digital assets.
Research and seek the latest and most appropriate digital communications tools to communicate RMIT stories.
Use your knowledge of software programs like Final Cut Pro, AVID, After Effects, Canva and Photoshop to produce multimedia products for RMIT website, intranet, electronic newsletters, email communications and social media channels. These may include but are not limited to video, photography, animation, infographics, GIFs, interactive graphics, and slideshows
Ensure all video content is accessible and captioned.
Others: Attend University events and participate in communications projects as a photographer and videographer. Perform other duties as required by the Head of Communications - Vietnam the External Communications Manager
Draft and present production briefs, story boards, scripting and receive production quotes when needed.
Responsible for all stages of multimedia content production from creative conception, planning, pre-production, production and post- production.
Collaborate and brainstorm with team members and stakeholders across the university to develop content ideas.
Support the University Communications team to increase the prominence of multimedia content and its integration across communications channels.
