Music Copyright Operator

This is a remote job and only for who can work full- time.

Support freelancer management for the ContentID and Digital Distribution teams.
Assist the IT team to develop EMVN CMS website (Content Management System): update or create new features to deliver new content, manage content on the system.
Operate YouTube ContentID system (music assets + other issues: conflicts, overlaps, disputes)
Distribute and manage music on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon,...)
Support handle inbound qualified leads, onboarding & support artists/ music labels.
Manage database for monitoring and operating system effectively
Support clients’ requests about music copyright on Youtube ContentID + other digital platforms (via email, FB fanpage).

Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economic or a related field.
Have at least 1 year experience in Music Licensing, Music Copyright, System Operation, Customer Service, Customer Experience is a plus
