National Sales Manager ( FMCG )

1- Be
responsible for planning, managing and controlling the activities of Modern Trade channel nationwide (80%) and General Trade channel nationwide ( 20%):
5- Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships with key accounts and principles to strengthen AD competitive position and performance.
3- Coaches and motivates direct reports, recognizing level and task, while capitalizing on their strengths, skills and capabilities.
(b) Together with Trade Marketing/Category Manager to develop account game- plan with clear, consistent expectations and work with sales force for excellence execution in productivity, marketing and customers service results.
(a) To ensure the attainment of the growth and sales objectives of product availability, visibility, volume and account relationship;
2- Field sales force management including organizational structure, recruitment, training / coaching, call routing / mapping, KPI setting & follow up, sales regulation & discipline, check & supervision, evaluation and reward & motivation.
4- Budget & manage the trade promotions, trade visibilities and off- take driven promotions.

Male or female with age ranging from 30 to 40 with bachelor degree up in business administration or trade.
- Proactive, independent, highly committed, field validated, reasonable, goal / target / result oriented.
- At least 5 years’ experience in regional sales manager or similar position in FMCG, preferring the experience in modern trade and related to chocolate, confectionery or beverage.
- Strong leadership and good skills of planning / budgeting, team building skill, communication, analyzing & problem solving, negotiation, training / coaching.
- Good command of English & computer.
