National Sales Manager – HCM (International Freight Forwarding, Ocean, Air, Express) Công Ty TNHH ASIA Direct Logistics

What You Will Do
• Participate in events, exhibitions to present and promote the company
• To closely monitor achievement targets as set by the organization
• Take the lead of the company’s ocean, air, and express freight forwarding
• Implement new sales strategies and to measure/monitor the success of such
• Create and offer client success solutions and offer ongoing process improvements
• Manage and develop the product sales teams
• Discover, create and maintain an opportunity sales funnel of prospective clients
• Develop, formulate, monitor, and approve all commercial offers
• Establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
• Issue monthly reports to the Country Manager in Vietnam
• Have a clear focus on profitability in combination with volume and business growth
• Develop customer relations

What You Are Good At
• Have an understanding for cargo freight forwarding air and supply chain solutions
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Developing the sales products, teams and market
• Entrepreneurial with analytical thinking and high integrity
• Finding and presenting service solutions
• Strong commercial mind, self- driven & motivated, skill full & target oriented
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• At least 05+ years’ experience in the freight and logistics fields.
Others:
• Mode: Official employee
• Working schedule: Monday – Friday (from 8:00am – 5:00pm).
