National Solutions and Operation Excellence Manager (Warehousing)

· Drive the overall implementation (PMO) or being part of the team support (PMT) when awarded a new customer to ensure the completion within timeline and budget.
· Issue management and fire fighting in case of serious operational & performance issues.
· Assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets.
· Support Warehouses to develop, implement and support the operational excellence, principles, systems, and tools. E.g. PMO Tools, KPI measurement, WMS and TMS SOP/WI, Kaizen, 5S, visualization cycle counts best practice & implementation methodology, etc.
· Provide project updates via control documents of risks, progression, budget, timeline, and support requirement throughout the project to key project stake holder and sponsor.
· Implement operational excellence strategies to contribute to improvements, process standardization and cost savings in WH operations.
· Reports to the Director.
· Support sales and solution design teams with selling activities involving WMS/TMS strategies and onboarding process of new customers.
· Any other job assigned by Superior.
· Support productivity improvement & concepts to local leadership to support continuous improvement of existing processes, material flows and transportation procedures.
· Utilize project management skills and experience, effectively communicating and demonstrating successful organizational, planning and execution skills.
· Support the development of KPI measurements & dashboards to provide transparency into cost and operational & customer performance.
· Create the business scope and requirement to ensure that all relevant parties have the same understanding when implementing projects.

· Strong computer literacy- MS Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Able and willing to lead a multi- disciplinary team and have the ambition to develop team members and other colleagues.
· 6- 8 years warehousing solutions management experience, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
· Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations.
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or a related field; or equivalent combination with related work experience.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization (managers and warehouse floor).
· Experience with Logistics modeling tools is a plus.
· Project management experience as well as people management experience.
· At least 3- 5 years’ experience of National Solutions and Operations Manager, Productivity, Continuous Improvement with proof of leading implementation.
· Problem solving with high quality analysis and translating output into practical execution plan with prioritization of things that are the biggest portion which impact to business.
· Ability to travel up to 50%.
· Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Good or Excellence level)
· Can- do mentality and positive attitude.
