Job summary:
This is the job for the experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. This position will involve in developing marketing and sales strategies, implementing marketing and sales plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top- notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing/Sales event management.
- Aggressively grow our operations/services in Korean expat market.
- Maintain existing relationship with the Korean expats.
- Identifying market opportunities on a face to face level.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas, especially in Korean expat market.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Perform other assignments as assigned by Clinic Directors.
- Cooperate with translations (articles, emails, messages, …)
- Represent the company brand through media appearance and public events.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing/sales efforts and make adjustments.
- Enhance awareness and increase the number of Korean customers requiring FMP clinical services, individual and corporate alike.
- Investigate new areas of business.
- Conduct market research in expat market, especially in Korean expat market.
- Ensure multiple field market tactics all provide a consistent message.
- Support Front Desk when necessary (hotline, translation for customers, ..)
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies and plans.
- Achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Prospecting, qualifying leads, understanding needs, present services, negotiate contract, close deal.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Practical experience in sales/marketing, customer relation/interaction with Korean customers (individual and corporate alike) in Vietnam/Hanoi is ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- Native Korean.
- At least three years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably at Foreign Service companies or in the healthcare/service industry.
