Native Teacher Of English

- Providing students with opportunities (inside and outside the classroom) to improve their confidence in using English in formal and informal settings and practice their English language and study skills;
- Contributing to development, planning and implementation of the curriculum;
- Developing learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining proper records of student progress, achievement and attendance;
- Participating in the faculty&039;s activities such as seminars, meetings, workshops and also organizing professional development activities;
- Creating and maintaining an inviting and safe classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages student participation;
- Supervising, monitoring, and assisting the EAUT English Club.
- Preparing and delivering fully organized lessons in accordance with the syllabus and curriculum;
- Participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments;

- TESOL certificate (e.g., CELTA, DELTA etc.) (desirable);
- Proficiency in the use of technology, including learning management systems, digital assessment tools, and other educational software.
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing student needs and classroom dynamics;
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Having experience in TESOL teaching is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
- Organizational and time- management skills.
- MA degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education or related fields (desirable);
- Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa (essential);
