Key Responsibilities

Comply with the data storage policies of LizAI.
Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers
As a software engineer, you will work on multiple projects critical to LizAI&039;s needs, with our fast- paced business growing and evolving.
Our engineers need to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full- stack as we continue pushing technology forward.
You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance softwaresolutions.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network,or service operations and quality.
Report the data to the team.
Design, code, and test new features, making marked contributions to the application and process, emphasizing performant, decoupled,testable, and maintainable code.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in,accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Possible international business travels.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, C, ASP.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes.
Ability to work with diverse, global teams in many locations and time zones.
Experience leveraging AWS.
Experience developing on top of large data sets and complex data structures.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem- solving and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and adapting to changingpriorities
Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, OOP, and functional programming, asynchronous and event- driven development.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, cross- functional environment
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1 year of backend (C and .NET framework) and/or full- stack experience building highly scalable and distributed systems.
Experience in relevant web development frameworks such as Angular, .Net Core and .Net 4, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, etc.
Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects.
Good command of English communication.
Solid experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
