.Net Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building custom RPA solutions from scratch;
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation solutions without relying on third- party RPA tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and resolve technical problems within the automation framework;
Collaborate with cross- functional teams: Work closely with business analysts and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop custom RPA frameworks: Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using .NET technologies;
Create automation workflows: Design and implement automated processes to streamline business operations;
Optimize performance: Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of automation processes;
Integrate with various systems: Develop APIs and integrations to connect RPA solutions with existing systems and databases;

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Experience working on HRM projects is an advantage;
Experience with developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various systems;
Experience in design and building Modules, API;
3+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong foundation in C;
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills;
Proficiency in version control systems (Git);
Knowledge of OOP and Design Patterns;
Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle, etc.) and NoSQL (Redis);
In- depth knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies;
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with message queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ;
Experience with UI automation frameworks;
Experience with design patterns and SOLID principles;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
