.NET Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Leader to lead our development team. As a .NET Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications that meet the complex.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
Developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies to meet business needs.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Troubleshooting technical issues and driving problem resolution.
Managing project timelines and resources effectively.
Leading a team of .NET developers to deliver high- quality software solutions within specified timelines.
Designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient .NET applications.
Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving project goals.
Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Team Lead.
Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C, and SQL Server.
Proficient in SOLID principles, OOP and experienced in utilizing various design patterns (including DI, IoC, Repository, MVC, MVP, MVVM, etc.).
Experience with front- end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills.
Experienced in writing technical documentation in English and presenting
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum model
Hands- on experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture using .NET technologies.
