.NET Principal Software Engineer

Most of Mantu applications are designed from scratch and raise challenges on different areas of knowledge as Business Intelligence, user- friendly aspect or efficiency. You will work on many projects that carry varying responsibilities. Below are some examples of the diverse projects with which you might be involved:

Initiate pair programming, code review, and share new solutions; coach and mentor other team members
Technical watch to continuously improve your technical knowledge within and outside of your current tech stack
Design the project using appropriate technologies and framework to be efficient while giving the best UI
Build Mantu Group ERP System used by thousands of employees around the world, crossing different domains as HR, Finance, Business, and all other corporate functions
Challenge your Product Owner:
Represent technical eyes for your PO
Create Customer Value & User Discovery: Provide ideas & changes in order to increase the value your team can produce
Challenge the UX
Understand and utilize the IT Organization
Suggest Tooling improvement
Identify impediments related to organization/process
Continuously improve Training/Wiki/Documentation
Embody Mantu IT Team values and mind- set
Decide on Product Scale, lead a technical refactoring from Audit to plan and implementation
Represent Software Architect (advocate about on- going projects and anticipate them without directly contributing to these)

Have good knowledge of Dependency Injection theory & practice
All basic of Mantu stack: EF & EF Core, ASP NET / Core, Auth0 etc..
Good knowledge of data immutability
Good knowledge of event based programming exp.
Have good knowledge of about advanced asynchronous coding (await, task, DataFlow)
Have good knowledge of about profiling & benchmarking .NET code
API design capacities
Have good knowledge of about REST, RESTful
Have good knowledge of how to tests them, around automation testing
Have good knowledge of how to design good API from scratch, and migrate bad to goods one (Domain Driven knowledge is a plus/bonus)
DBMSs
Have good knowledge of about relational related (mssqlserver)
Bonus for migration from non- isolated to isolated app.
Should have exp. of using, concepting, challenging and improving
Have good knowledge of about graphs related (Neo4j or ArangoDB)
Bonus for conception of model
Heard of / Knows about Elasticsearch (bonus)
Knows about Azure Cognitive Search (bonus)
Documentation
Have good knowledge of the common best practices of documentation (doc. near code, documentation as code)
Have good knowledge of about writing down technical documentation (C4, Togaf or 4+1).
SDLC:
Git based, over Azure DevOps Online
Trunkbased / mainline knowledge is a plus, min. nvie- gitflow
Infrastructure as code (bonus)
Containerization with Docker or Podman
Experience with Ansible, under Windows & Linux
