Support HODs to identify markets and trade lanes.
Maintain network legal compliance and ensure GW policies are up to date and adhered to.
Coordinate with Network Development Manager to design and delivery of global strategic roadmap for network performance
Coordinate with HODs to update with any new regulations and/or processes, industry/overseas partners changes by email and make sure their well awareness its apply properly.
Coordinate with Sales team to build the effective strategy development on lane of responsibility
Coordinate with A&S Procurement team to establish pricing strategy to handle quote requests for Partners/Networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existent customers, especially local clients of network business.
Ensure Operation procedures between Vietnam branches with network partners are up to date and follow branch target strictly.

Hard working, team- work spirit and willing to learn, able to work overtime if required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Influent writing, listening and speaking English
Able to work independently, under high pressure environment, pro- active proposal idea solutions to line manager and discuss to make quick and clear decisions.
Comprehensive computer skills in excel, word, pdf, ppt.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in the field freight forwarding industry
Strong background in Air/Ocean/Land/Project & having network development knowledge is a plus.
