Network Management Executive

Report to: Network Management & Customer Service Assistant Manager
Market Representation
Implement dealer development strategies in coordination with other
involved functions: Sales, Marketing etc
Collect, update and organize all information and data of MIV dealership,
MIV&039;s branches and competitors&039; distribution networks
Conduct program implementation with all dealers
Maintain an up- to- date dealer directory
Analysis of competitive franchise location versus MIV&039;s network
Prepare logistic/admin for Network Team (Filing system, PO,
Demographic Data, claim document, ticket/hotel booking for DD team
traveling.... etc.)
Be responsible for dealership facility maintenance and improvement in
accordance with Subaru standards.
Participate in Sales and/or company&039;s activities as required
Branch and Dealer Network Expansion/ Restructuring
Verify and evaluate investors and real estate status for opening new dealers
in developing and potential.
Provide professional instructions & consultant to qualified candidate for new
dealer set up/existing facility renovation successfully.
Successfully implement the CI requirements for all dealerships following the

- Have at least 02 years of working experience related to the development of dealer systems in the automobile and motorcycle industry.
- Skills in communication, presentation, and handling situations quickly and effectively.
- Skills in analysing, synthesizing, and making reports.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing
- Organizational and supervisory skills
- Ability to travel for business.
- Flexibility, resistance to pressure.
- Proficient in using office software;
