Network/Data Senior Engineer (GPON Products)

POSITION OBJECTIVE

• Quick and accurate respond customer's technical queries or issues.
• Prepare and arrange jobs efficiently to complete site service about network, data product (switch, router ..) on time.
• Be responsible for project deployment certificate (HOC/ PAC/ FAC) and get on time
• Routine visit and keep good relationship with customer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of ZTE Data, Network or GPON product, give technical support to customer.
• Solving the technical problems during and after the equipment installation.
• Daily maintenance for ZTE Data, Network or GPON product.
• Complete project certificate(HOC/ PAC/ FAC)
• Support sales team for any technical queries.
• Handle the products warranty/ system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
• Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
• Complete other job assigned by supervisor/ manager.

JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED

• Willing to take domestic and oversea travel
• High degree of initiative and good communication skills.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree of Telecommunication/Computer/information tecnology, Electronics and related major.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP, network, telecommunication products and computer science
• Minimum 2 years project delivery and implementation experience
• Have at least one experience of Network, Data or GPON product (Switch,Router/ PTN/ Bras/GPON…)
• Willing to travel in domestic
• Can communicate in English (Verbal and Written)
